We’re not just talking the talk – we’ve walked the walk. Our entrepreneurial journey started in 2005 when Rebecca launched a cleaning company that scaled from 2 employees to over 50. Along the way, we learned invaluable lessons about growing a business without losing your sanity. In addition to owning and selling multiple businesses, we now run The Business Growing Place, where we help service-based entrepreneurs streamline their processes, improve sales, and organize their workflows.

Justin brings over 20 years of marketing and process improvement expertise, having worked with businesses of all sizes to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and reach new levels of success.
