Rebecca Dahlberg Bio

Being a lifelong servicepreneur, I deeply understand the unique challenges that come with growing and running a business in this industry. My journey began with a home cleaning company and a simple goal—to earn $1,100 a month to help balance our family budget. At the time, I was working long hours in finance and juggling both worlds. Armed with nothing but paper flyers my family and I handed out, I landed my first clients and began building from scratch.

What started small quickly gained momentum. We hired staff, streamlined operations, launched a commercial division, and grew that company from zero to 60 employees. After successfully selling that business, I repeated the process—twice. That’s when I realized: my true passion was helping other business owners experience the same kind of growth.

Then came one of the most transformative chapters of my career—joining a Generac dealership. Over the next five years, I implemented systems, wrote policies and procedures, led operations, and played a key role in scaling the business 10X. I didn’t just witness the power of process—I lived it.

Today, I bring all of that experience to the table. I hold a degree in Business Management and Marketing, and I’m also a certified Sales Coach. I’m constantly learning and evolving so I can better serve my clients—combining real-world experience with strategic insight to help Generac dealers and service-based businesses grow with clarity and confidence.

I’ve always been driven to achieve more and to never settle. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I watched my parents build businesses from the ground up, which taught me the importance of hard work and perseverance. Seeing my dad manage long hours, employees, and supplies inspired me to follow in his footsteps—but with a twist. I wanted to create processes that would reduce the stress that often comes with running a business.

When my wife and I started our first venture, I was working full-time while also helping to build the marketing and workflows for our business. I quickly learned how strong processes could help us juggle our 9–5 jobs, family life, and the business, which we eventually transitioned into full-time. The power of a well-designed workflow became clear as it allowed us to balance work and raise our four active daughters. Over time, I realized that creating efficient processes wasn’t just a strategy—it was essential for success.

My superpower is seeing the big picture, understanding how every small action connects to the larger vision, and knowing how to build workflows that drive results. With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, a degree in Marketing, and eight years working as a Process Improvement Specialist in the corporate world, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to create systems that work. Now, I’m excited to bring this experience to you, helping you streamline your operations, reduce stress, and achieve your business goals.
