Weā€™re Justin and Rebecca Dahlberg, lifelong entrepreneurs with a passion for helping the home-serviceĀ industry businesses succeed. Our journey began in 2005 in Minnesota when we launched our first business. Like many entrepreneurs, we hit plenty of bumps along the way, but those challenges taught us invaluable lessons about navigating and thriving in the service industry.
Since then, weā€™ve built, grown, and sold three businesses, each one continuing to thrive after our departure. But perhaps our most exciting venture was consulting for a rapidly growing Generac Dealership that lacked structure. Over the course of three action-packed years, we helped transform their operations, taking them from $500K to a staggering $15M in revenue.
